I suggest you ...

Cancel button should be in "More" button

most of form view have a "cancel" button and it is easy to be pressed. put it in the "More" button, just before the "delete" item should be better.

Cancel is often clicked by users who want to 'STOP' what they are doing, but it doesn't always mean this - it can mean UNRECONCILE, or MARK THE DOCUMENT AS CANCELLED. Moving the CANCEL button that means UNRECONCILE or MARK THE DOCUMENT AS CANCELLED is a good idea. Moving the CANCEL button that means 'STOP' what I am doing is not a good idea - as users would probably panic and not know what to do next if they simply wanted to discard what they were working on.

If we click "Cancel" by mistake, the only thing that we can do is copy canceled form. In fact, we seldom cancel a form。 So I support the suggest. Maybe there is another way better, but I don't know.
